Romu arrived at 10 a.m. and fixed the leak in 30 minutes flat!!! No chatter about how this might take 1-3 hours and then who knows...he simply went to work. He's quiet, competent and fast; doesn't smell bad and no butt crack showing - he obviously didn't go to plumbing school in this country. He's half way through the re-grouting. Don't lose this guy; he's worth his weight in gold.

Yes it did! We called you on a Saturday afternoon and within 24 hours we had our sink re-mounted and our lamp hung so all in all I have to say we're very pleased with Romo (sp?), recognize he'll stand by his work and do intend to bring him back to do some small-ish paint jobs once we figure out what paint matches.

John did a great job under challenging circumstances. I appreciated that he didn't give up on me when we ran into some unexpected conditions and that he was resourceful to find a solution to get the pot rack up in the kitchen.

The picture molding did not get cut because of my decision after getting an idea of the process to do it. If and when there is a need for that job to be done---or other work in my apartment--I will contact you to see if John is available.

Thanks again for your help with my Air Conditioner Sleeve Unit!

I still can't believe Evan was able to install the unit and correct the amateurish work of the previous handyman I found on Craigslist. If you guys ever need a reference or a recommendation, please feel free to contact me.

Also, as we discussed yesterday, I would like the schedule Evan to install a frame around the air conditioner and seal & insulate behind it. Hopefully late afternoon or early evening during this week, or anytime on the weekend.
